1. Presentation Wizard 5 Revision 5

Presentation Wizard 5 has been updated. This release:
- Adds a Back option to the Button, Timer and Applet objects. Back
buttons will allow your users to step back through the pages of your
presentations as they would with a web browser, even if they didn't
access them in the order in which they appear in your document.
In practice, the Back function has a lot of other possible uses. It
will allow you to create Help or About pages that return to whatever
page called them, for example.
Using a Timer object set to Back will allow you to create a page that
closes and returns to the calling page automatically after a
specified time. We were at a bit of a loss to come up with a
practical application for this, but it was cool to watch.
The Back function can be accessed from an ANIMAL applet through the
JumpToPage function if you provide it with -1 as its page number
argument.
- Fixes a problem which prevented the Open and Save As windows in
Presentation Wizard from correctly setting the keyboard focus in the
file name field. Users who like to open one of these windows and
type blindly into them have found this a bit irksome... and this
included a few of us.
- Fine-tuned the runtime in a number of areas to make the executable
documents created by Presentation Wizard more memory-efficient, and
hence a bit quicker.
- Improved a number of elements in the right-click menus.
- Addresses a potential security issue. We seriously urge all users
of PNG MNG Construction Set to update to this release.
- Addresses several user interface issues throughout the application.
- Updates the documentation.
- Addresses a number of GDI and performance issues that software
developers never really stop meddling with.

2. PNG MNG Construction Set Professional 5 Revision 6

PNG MNG Construction Set Professional 5 has been updated. This release:
- Adds a Watermark feature. If you're creating web pages for a client,
you can watermark your animations to discourage your designs from
going for a walk before you get paid. See the Watermark item in the
Chunk menu.
- Addresses a number of issues in the Text Overlay feature.
- Addresses a potential security issue. We seriously urge all users
of PNG MNG Construction Set to update to this release.
- Improves the image management logic of Animation Wizard to enhance
its performance.
- Addresses some memory management issues in the Overlay and Underlay
logic to make these features quicker on slow or unusually busy
systems.
- Addresses a number of GDI and performance issues that software
developers never really stop meddling with.
- Updates the documentation.

3. Graphic Workshop Professional 5 Revision 7 (Additional Notification)

Graphic Workshop Professional 5 has been updated. This release:
- Adds a recent folder pane to the Move and Copy window, so you can
quickly return to your frequently used destinations without having
to manually navigate to them. We hasten to add that you can change
the number of recent folders in Setup, or disable this feature
entirely if you decide that you'd rather keep your mouse guessing.
See the discussion of the Move and Copy function in the Reference
document of Graphic Workshop's manual for more about this option.
- Adds a recent folder pane to the Destination window, which does
pretty much the same stuff as the one in the Move and Copy window,
above. It's discussed in the section of the Reference document
that deals with Destination.
- Adds an Explorer-like quick rename function to Graphic Workshop's
browser windows. In addition to the renaming tools in the tool bar
and the right-click menu, you can click and hold on the text area
of a browser item to open an edit field and type in a new file name.
- Improves the Position Only filter, with more options and nicer
graphics.
- Adds a Prepress filter, to surround your pictures with the arcane
regalia of commercial printing. For the most part, it's useful if
you feel your pictures would benefit from an industrial post-modern
vibe.
- Creates Windows desktop shortcuts for some of Graphic Workshop's
ancillary applications, such as e-Paint UltraLight, Camera screen
capture and Montage.
- Fixes a cosmetic bug in the Search mode's file destination window.
- Fixes a cosmetic bug in the File Open function of Montage.
- Fixes a bug in the Matt and Frame function that could cause some
frames to be incompletely filled with fractal textures.
- Fixes a truly epic bug in e-Paint UltraLight that mangled most of
its drawing tools under some builds of Windows. That was
embarrassing.
- Addresses a potential security issue. We seriously urge all users
of Graphic Workshop to update to this release.
- Addresses a number of GDI and performance issues that software
developers never really stop meddling with.
- Updates the documentation.
