has come to our attention that some of the larger e-mail
providers have been blocking the postings to this list
of late.

As we understand it, some e-mail providers have decided
that if similar messages appear in the IN boxes of
multiple users, they must be spam. Having made this
determination, they block the source of the mail in
question.

Needless to say, postings from an opt-in mailing list,
such as the one you're reading now, would also qualify
as spam for them.

It's difficult to know when you're not getting your
e-mail.

This posting has been sent from our server in the UK. If
this is the first posting from Alchemy Mindworks that
you've seen in some time, your mail may be the subject
of a mail block. In this case, we recommend that you
consider contacting your mail provider and opting out of
whatever anti-spam measures they've implemented.

Alternately, you might want to see if they'll let you
whitelist selected domains - we'd recommend the mindworkshop.com
domain that these postings usually originate from.
