     1. Text Effects 5 Animation Plugin for GIF Construction Set and PNG MNG 
        Construction Set Revision 2

     The Text Effects 5 plugin for GIF Construction Set Professional 6 
     and PNG MNG Construction 6 has been updated. This release:


     - Fixes a bug in the Zipper effect that could cause it to create
       very, very strange text indeed with certain combinations of parameters.


     - Updates the rendering engine to produce smoother animations.


     - Improves the memory management to allow the plugin to run faster in
       environments with limited system resources.


     - Improves the color management when the plugin is creating GIF 
       animations, for nicer looking results.


     - Addresses several user-interface issues.

     2. PNG MNG Construction Set 6 Revision 5 (Second Notification)
     _______________________________________________________________________


     PNG MNG Construction Set 6 has been updated. This release:


     - Adds a Favorites window. Pin your favorite animations and you'll be
       able to access them with a few clicks no matter where they reside. 

       If you're particularly well organized, note that it allows for 
       as many galleries of favorites as you can think of a use for.

       See the discussion of Favorites in the Reference document of the 
       PNG MNG Construction Set manual for more.


     - Improves the performance of the View window when it's confronted
       with unusually large animations.


     - Improves the color management of the Combine function.


     - Fixes a theoretical bug in the Reconstruct function.


     - Addresses a registration issue that could cause the application to
       think it had been damaged and terminate if a malformed validation
       certificate turned up. 


     - Updates the UpToDate notification agent.


     - Addresses a number of GDI and performance issues that software 
       developers never really stop meddling with.      


     - Updates the documentation.

     3. Graphic Workshop Professional 6 Revision 5 (Additional  Notification)
     _______________________________________________________________________


     Graphic Workshop Professional 6 has been updated. This release:


     - Adds a File History window. Graphic Workshop will remember your 
       recent files and provide you with a dedicated history browser from
       which to re-view, re-convert and re-process them. After you've
       viewed or otherwise accessed a few pictures with this release of
       Graphic Workshop, select History from the Image menu to see what
       it's up to.

       We hasten to add that we're aware that some users of Graphic Workshop
       won't like the idea of it keeping a file history. Please note that if
       you uncheck the Enable File History item in the Graphic Workshop 
       Setup window, the File History functionality will be... well, history.


     - Generally re-writes the Archive Manager to make it quicker and more
       powerful. It now includes direct access to Graphic Workshop's Crop
       function, and a complete right-click menu to work with single 
       pictures. A number of user-interface and cosmetic issues have been
       addressed.


     - Updates the Search function with a complete right-click menu and 
       direct access to Graphic Workshop's Crop function.
       

     - Addresses a number of issues in the Find Similar window.


     - Adds an option to the Filters window to selectively disable those 
       filters you don't use - and simplify the filter selection menu. Click
       on the three horizontal lines in the lower right corner of the 
       Filters window.


     - Adds a Star filter to the View mode filters - apply glittering 
       highlights to your photographs, plumb the depths of questionable 
       taste.


     - Further suppresses spurious right-click menus that could appear when 
       View mode was closed with a mouse click under some builds of Windows. 


     - Addresses a registration issue that could cause the application to
       think it had been damaged and terminate if a malformed validation
       certificate turned up. 


     - Updates the UpToDate notification agent.


     - Addresses a number of GDI and performance issues that software 
       developers never really stop meddling with.      


     - Updates the documentation.
