For Windows 98, ME, 2000, NT, XP and Vista. 3D animations are no longer the exclusive province of full-time digital graphic artists. Make your web pages leap from your monitor and frighten small house pets with three-dimensional graphics. Build still or rotating cubes, disks, toroids, text and more. Add your own pictures. This plugin set uses the OpenGL Windows component and may require substantial system resources — see the Q&A section for more. Important: We've heard rumors of systems with display adapters which incapacitate the OpenGL libraries, and disable this plugin. Prior to registering the 3D Effects #1 plugin set, we urge you to build an animation with at least one of the plugins and verify that you see a three-dimensional object in the final animation. The Q&A section addresses some configuration issues for display adapters which exhibit this problem. Open the 3D Effects #1 demonstration window for some examples of what this plugin can do to still graphics. Depending on your network connection, it might take a minute or two for all the examples to load and begin animating correctly. This plugin can be installed in GIF Construction Set 3 and PNG/MNG Construction Set.
