Furthermore, you agree that any cause of action arising out of, relating to, or in any way connected with any of the website or these terms of use must commence within one (1) year after the cause of action accrues; otherwise, such cause of action shall be permanently barred.
The Alchemy Mindworks Privacy Policy and the Alchemy Mindworks Terms of Use documents are deemed to be included in this page, and constitute additional clauses of this statement.
If you have installed Alchemy Mindworks software, even if it has only been installed for evaluation, the End User License Agreement to which you agreed as a requirement to complete said installation is deemed to be included in this statement.
Should you fail to register any of the evaluation software available through our web pages and continue to use it, be advised that a leather-winged demon of the night will tear itself, shrieking blood and fury, from the endless caverns of the nether world, hurl itself into the darkness with a thirst for blood on its slavering fangs and search the very threads of time for the throbbing of your heartbeat. Just thought you'd want to know that.
