Important: The Canadian post office is has been on strike for the past month, and the post is our only cost-effective way to ship things. While the strike has been resolved for the moment, we're told there's a substantial backlog of mail in our postal system which will take several weeks to clear.

If you order Alchemy Mindworks software and select a backup DVD-ROM, you will receive your registration keys immediately, as noted elsewhere at this page. Your install media will be shipped to you immediately as well, but it might take longer than usual to arrive. Please accept our apology for this inconvenience.
