If you registered or upgraded a registration for Alpha Paint 14 on or after May 1, 2023, you're welcome to a free downloadable upgrade to Alpha Paint 15. That's "free" as in "no money down, no interest or carrying charges and no payments until the end of time."

If you qualify for this upgrade, you'll receive an Alpha Paint 15 registration key by e-mail. You'll need to download the software from our web page.

In the event that you registered or upgraded a registration for Alpha Paint 14 prior to May 1, 2023, you can upgrade to Alpha Paint 15 for half the single-user license price. Visit our upgrade page or call 1-800-263-1138 to upgrade.

Please complete the following form to request a no-cost Alpha Paint 15 key upgrade. We should probably point out that your request will be checked against our user database to ensure that it qualifies for a free key. The decision of the judges is final.

This form and the Alpha Paint no-cost upgrade key offer will cease to exist on December 30, 2023.

IMPORTANT: Your name and your existing version 14 registration key need to be correct for your upgrade request to be processed. The rest of the form should reflect your current mailing address, phone number, e-mail address and so on. This form will confirm the eligibility of the key you enter before your upgrade request is processed.

ALSO IMPORTANT: This form cannot be used to request a no-cost upgrade for keys that weren't originally paid for, such as previous no-cost upgrades and spare keys.

EVEN MORE IMPORTANT: While we're extremely proud of this page, we appreciate that it's probably not utterly flawless. Fine Print — Update Registration Keys

Upgrade key requests will be processed within one business day, and usually within a few hours. Upgrade keys are provided at the discretion of Alchemy Mindworks, as a courtesy to licensees of earlier versions of Alchemy Mindworks' software products. Alchemy Mindworks reserves the right to refuse to provide upgrade keys to specific users. Admittedly, it's not likely to happen, but the lawyers would have screamed loudly enough to have been heard in Patagonia if we hadn't included this. Successful processing of this request and the issue of an upgrade key will result in the deactivation of the key being replaced, as submitted in the above form.
